Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

I experienced poor service from the evening manager Nazim when I found out that my family room didn't have the amenities I booked. Despite requesting a room change, I was met with an additional €200 fee, unacceptable. The cleanliness was lacking as bedding was only made, not changed, and I had to wait to watch the cleaners change them, frustrating. We had major inconvenience due to the lack of plug sockets in a 'family room' setting.

The venue was in a central location near to the airport, sea front, and centre.

I liked savoury food.

Wi-fi was good. Poolside snack bar convenient, but loud crowds made it hard to relax.

Good for pool lovers!

The pool area was awesome, always had loungers! Snacks from the poolside bar were spot on. Got a late check-out, super handy. The food was decent, but it got repetitive after a few days. The only bummer was the long check-in line. It was a chill spot for a week away.

Stayed here before and I would definitely return here. The breakfast was incredible on a diet with gorgeous food. The location was marvellous and decent, down to the seafront. Had brunch in the Sonder Bar, located nearby.

The family room was comfortable and spacious, equipped with a fridge and a large balcony, perfect for evening relaxation. Daily cleaning kept everything tidy, and having a kids' football pitch nearby was a great bonus. The quality of the breakfast was disappointing, lacking options, and the overall cleanliness could have been improved, as the bedding wasn't changed . The location was somewhat inconvenient for those less able to walk, despite being close to local amenities.

On arrival the outside and reception was impresstive, Reception staff was very helpful and good. The room was very clean and warm. We was half board and the food was excellent. A plus was free paking outside the hotel excellent as we could see our car from our room.We had a great stay and we would use the hotel again.

For Benidorm scales a very good price-performance hotel. Top buffet, plenty of choice, constantly being filled up and the bar tidied up. Rooms are not too small. The location is quiet on the outskirts but nevertheless everything is within walking distance, like the beach, party mile etc.. The hotel itself has a lot to offer, fitness and indoor swimming pool, pool area.

the lifts were really slow. but the pool was large and deep with a bar. breakfast had a great selection. staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was great for sunbathing, just a short walk away. The man running the nearby shop was super pleasant and helpful. I also loved the beach with its clear water and soft golden sand.

100% recommend.
